my name is Lynn sirs I graduated from Oakdale High School in 1988 and I'm currently the president and CEO of Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union probably the most important skills in this industry is is to have a servant's heart the whole purpose of the credit union is to help our members grow financially you have to have that servant's heart to want to help people and help them along the way in their Journey whatever life stage they're in and to this day I think it's important even in my position to stay in touch with that so from time to time I still go to the branches and work the drive-through work the teller line it is my first look especially the you leave work worship attend school and these 8 counties you're eligible to be a member I believe being part of a small school was an advantage we had excellent teachers that were able to work more 1-on-1 with we had a small community and everyone knew each other in the community you were taught that a lot about we help each other and I think it's been an advantage in my career to have been part of a small community and a small school
